Primordial essence

The Time Eraser is a character that appears in the Charizard the Dragon series. Initially an ancient supernatural creature with dominion over time and space, the Time Eraser was discovered by Dr. Tyranitar, who used it in an attempt to conquer the world by erasing his past failures at the hands of Charizard the Dragon with the help of Classic Tyranitar, his past self. After inflicting almost irreversible damage to the universe, the Time Eraser was used by both Tyranitars to face Charizard's past and present selves in an attempt to erase Charizard completely but was destroyed in the ensuing battle.
